Aunts Et Uncles typically ships out orders via USPS or UPS. Most orders are shipped within 24 hours between Monday and Friday unless otherwise stated (i.e. Pre-Order Items)

Returns & Exchanges (Aunts Et Uncles merchandise only)
We are happy to offer returns on full-priced items purchased online or in store, if in unused condition and within 14 days of purchase with all labels attached to the product.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Kindly Note: We are unable to cover shipping costs for any return or exchange unless there was an error on our behalf.
All sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

After you ship your return/exchange, please email us the tracking # and the carrier in which you used to ship so that we may confirm delivery.
