Returns & Exchanges (Non-Aunts Et Uncles merchandise)
At this time, we do not accept returns on any item that was not produced by Aunts Et Uncles.
This includes: Books, Candles, Home Goods, etc..

Are Pre-Order Items eligible for a return?
We offer Exchange only for Pre-Order Items, No refunds.

How long does it take to process a return or exchange?
Once your item has arrived and been reviewed we will issue a refund or store credit. Please allow 2-3 business days for the transaction to appear on your bank account.

Can I return my purchase In Store?
Full-priced items, excluding those marked as Final Sale, purchased online or in our store may be returned, in unused condition, within 14 days of purchase. Please note that refunds issued in-store can take up to 2-3 business days to process.

Can I return or exchange a gift?
To return or exchange an item you received as a gift, please send an email to orders@auntsetuncles.com. Please provide the first and last name of the person that placed the initial order.
